Exceptional English

This is a nice house, but the only possible advantages it has over the one discussed above (for $425K ) are a nice half-bath off the master and a closer-in address. Kitchen & main bath remodels are fine, but on the budget side. Can’t imagine anyone looking at both homes and picking this one.
